MINDFULNESS-BASED SELF-DISCOVERY (MBSD) 1:1 coaching program is a 7-STEP PROCESS that aims to introduce clarity, acceptance, forgiveness, compassion, gratitude, loving-kindness, and equanimity. These essential attributes are necessary for you to evolve and regain your sense of self.
It means finding and uncovering your individuality and authenticity, your characteristics. It requires a deep understanding of yourself - your thought patterns. Your thoughts trigger the arising of your emotions and form your perception, which leads to your response, habits, behavior, and ultimately determines your character and destiny.
Everyone is unique. Hence, each coaching program is customized to suit you and your needs. I will work with you on this liberating journey to assess your current situation and combine it with my various coaching methodologies and theories to integrate your mind, body, and soul.
