MINDFULNESS MEDITATION COURSES
These courses are meticulously crafted for you to learn and cultivate mindfulness meditation with openness, kind awareness, and compassion. How to embody the mind, body, and spirit to stay connected with yourself. You'll learn to meditate to develop mindfulness, composure, and clear awareness.
I offer individual coaching and group classes virtually and in person. Private group classes and corporate/workplace classes can also be arranged. All classes and programs offered are crafted to suit different age groups, your understandings, and your needs.
COMING TO PRESENCE - Mindfulness and Compassion for Beginners
This beginners class aims to provide you with an overview of everything you need to start your mindfulness and meditation practice. An amazing opportunity to explore mindfulness and compassion.
In this 6-week course, you will learn about the fundamentals of mindfulness meditation and its psychological process, understanding the science and art behind the practice, and how to start practicing to stay grounded in the ‘fight-flight-freeze' moments while incorporating little bits of mindfulness throughout your day in an impactful way.
I will gently take you on a breakthrough to self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-compassion with guided meditations. This is a journey to self-discovery and you will also design and incorporate mindfulness & compassion tools and practices into your own self-care plan and bring your practice into your life.
