It is with great joy that you've landed on my site. I'd like to take this opportunity to send you my heartfelt gratitude, to acknowledge that being grateful turns everything we have into enough, to all of you with whom I've crossed paths in this journey - Namaste!

This quote by Maya Angelou "Be present in all things, and thankful for all things." lies deep in my heart and soul.

guidance & perspective.

I came to Ainee because I was at a point where I was struggling with anxiety and not coping with my day to day life. My head felt as though there was a spanner in the cogs and my thoughts couldn’t roll naturally, I was constantly wondering whether I was thinking and doing the right thing and worrying about what other people were thinking of me, I thought I was always doing the wrong thing and that no one would want to be around me, and I often sabotaged or abandoned my friendships before the other person could decide they didn’t want me around. I was judgmental and holding unrealistic and unfair expectations of myself and of others in my life, which was massively detrimental to my mental health, my studies, and how I related to other people.

Ainee has provided me with the guidance, tools, and perspective to completely turn my life around, she is teaching me to observe my world without judgement, to be gentle with myself and to not hold these unhelpful expectations, and to understand that most people don’t even think about the things I was worrying about, let alone judge me on them. I am now able to recognise, deal with and lift myself out of bad spells, and I don’t get anywhere near as anxious or overwhelmed as I used to. I am a completely different person than I was before I started seeing Ainee, and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

persistence & energy.

I’m so thankful to have discovered this course and start my journey towards self-discovery. After a couple of weeks I began to see a change of perspective in such a way that is more positive and accepting towards myself and others. I grew more confident and open as I began to finally understand myself and discover my values in life. I’ve known Ainee since I started to practice mindfulness and since then has been instrumental towards my journey towards self-discovery. She does that in a way that is gentle and non-judgmental, making the sessions comfortable and open, just like when you’re talking to a friend.

I’ll definitely recommend this course to people especially to those who are feeling lost and needing to pause and explore their inner selves. I know that this journey towards self-discovery is a lifetime and evolving process but this is definitely a good starting point and the experience is something that will stay with you and guide you as you walk towards the path to self-discovery and acceptance

what's holding you back.

Kia ora, AiNee really helped me to identify what mental blockages were holding me back from achieving. She did it in a way that was kind and I didn't feel any pressure to speak about things I didn't want to. We've developed a cool relationship where she feels like a big sister. Ngaa mihi.

positive actions.

Ainee is a calm and influential coach and her ability to always put on a smile first makes the sessions I have a joy to receive. I came to Ainee with no specific objectives or path , however in this process, I have developed a sense of purpose and clarity on where I need to get to. I have learnt various methods of meditation and yoga to achieve what I need to achieve on my journey to discovery. Ainee has also helped me explore my positive actions towards my teenager and my family. This has resulted in all of us being very happy and balanced in our household. Thank you Ainee for your kindness and calmness you have shared from your family to mine.!

de-construct & observe.

When I started Ainee's mindfulness course, my goal was "be more in control of my emotions''. Over 8 weeks, she helped me deconstruct the idea that being more "in control" would make me happy. Instead of trying to use sheer willpower to overcome difficult emotions like stress, anxiety, fear, regret, shame, and grief, I learned to accept and embrace them as they come and go. I learned to judge my experiences less (both external, physical ones as well as internal emotions) as "good" or "bad".

Instead, I learned to observe my thoughts and remind myself that everything is impermanent. All experiences, whether pleasant or unpleasant, won't last. This mindset shift has allowed me to be more grateful for the pleasant experiences that come, and more resilient to face unpleasant ones.

As a coach, Ainee is patient and supportive throughout the process of deconstructing your limiting beliefs. Yet she also gently but firmly challenges your perspectives on things, making you aware of attachments and self-sabotaging beliefs you might not have been aware of before.

If you're looking to reduce stress, build emotional resilience, or find more peace and joy in your life, you won't regret going on this coaching journey with such a wonderfully wise and intuitive teacher.

guidance & perspective.

What a wonderful person Ainee is, her coaching style is unique and it is a pleasure to call her my friend. Ainee has the ability to make you feel very welcome from the very first meeting, her unique ability to get you in a place of calmness with her mindfulness approach.

Ainee has an ability to draw out your strengths with really good questions and will not be afraid to challenge your beliefs, her ability to help you find your own solutions is fantastic and has helped me uncover my own truths by digging in deep to what I really wanted.

Ainee allows you space to reflect. Ainee has great wisdom.

Carrie Adlington, New Zealand

Carrie is a sound and energy healer. Her passion and purpose are to help professional women to reconnect to their wholeness. She wants to create a business where she could help change people’s lives. Over the 10 years of endeavoring in personal development, she still finds herself falling back to the negative self-talk that she could not trust and love herself enough to create the change she wants to see in herself. She felt like she was fundamentally flawed and there is no way she was ever going to work through her own internal barriers of low self-worth.

She was at a point where she felt so depressed and apathetic, beating herself up and consistently pressuring herself to give up trying.

When I first met her, she said to me

"𝙄 𝙖𝙢 𝙛𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙛𝙡𝙖𝙬𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙄 𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚."

We all have an inner critic. At times, this little voice is very helpful, keeping us on track. But often, they are more harmful than helpful. Negative self-talk is an inner dialogue you have with yourself that is limiting your growth. It limits your ability to believe in yourself to make positive changes in your life. It can be very stressful and can really stunt your success.

In Carrie’s case, she self-sabotages herself with this constant inner critic that she is a failure, and that she is fundamentally flawed and cannot change. No matter what she tries, it doesn’t work. She even tried NLP and it still didn’t work for her.

Let’s listen to what she has to say after having 8 coaching sessions with me.

I am thankful to The Divine Universe and Buddha's teachings to have guided me through life and supporting me on my path, purpose, and my spiritual awakening, which has led me here guiding and holding space for you. I am deeply grateful for being able to contribute my passion and purpose to my community, country, and our society at large which I embrace with much love and devotion. Jullie is an amazing mother of 3 beautiful children. A few years back, she moved to Australia to give her children a better education and life. But little did she know that the move brought her in much distress. She was a highly qualified senior marketing manager in her birth country, but she couldn't land any job position given the many attempts and lost her self-esteem and confidence.

She was feeling very anxious most of the time. There were a lot of fears, and she has always pressured herself about what the future holds and how her past put her in distress.

She told me this in our first session:

"I needed to take back control of myself and take back control of my life. I need to get rid of all my anxieties, fears, and all the rollercoaster of emotions I am feeling"

After working with her over an 8-sessions pilot program, she recorded a testimonial for me. It has clearly shown how much confidence and self-esteem she has gained and benefited from my program.

Here's what she said:

"It was like flicking a light switch!"

I've learned to bring my thoughts and control my thoughts and feelings at any point when I am anxious or stressed and bring myself to that moment.

It has made me aware of the surroundings of my thoughts and my feelings, and I appreciate being here and now in the present moment.

I've learned in the coaching; to stop, breathe, and feel what I'm going through at that point has also helped me a lot in the past eight weeks in my work and my personal life."

Through my mindfulness coaching,

𝗝𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀; 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗺, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗺, 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲.

She has also had a light-bulb moment as she explained earlier; she lets go of her past and stops worrying about what the future holds. She is now living in a greater purpose and landed herself with a new job too!
